The policies of the
Inn are:
The Sea Gull Inn is a smoke-free inn.
There are no pets allowed in the Inn.
Children are welcome in the Barn and Geranium rooms
only. Children are charged as adults,
$25/nt each.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash are accepted.
There is a 11% bed tax added to the room rate.
We require a 3 day stay for most 3 day U.S. holidays,
and 2 night stay for most weekends. If, on the Thursday
before a 3 day holiday or 2 day weekend, we still have
vacancies, then a 1 night reservation may be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum 7* days notice prior to your scheduled
arrival day for a refund of your deposit, less $20 cancellation
fee. If a cancellation is made with less than 7* days
notice prior to the start of your stay, you will be
responsible for the full amount of the scheduled stay
(if the room re-rents, then no charge will incur on
that date). We do not give credit or refunds for early
departures. *30 days for Multi-Room reservations or
holidays: New Years, Memorial, Independence, Labor Days,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
